BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY CLAY VOICE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

  • Web and mobile communication tools

Certain features may require payment and will be considered Paid Services.

2. Key Points

Before using Clay Voice, please note the following:

  • Clay Voice requires an internet connection to operate. We do not provide internet access.
  • The quality and availability of calls or messages may depend on network providers or third-party services.
  • Clay Voice is not a replacement for emergency calling services.
  • You are responsible for securing your account and any devices used to access our services.
  • Our services must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, spam, or abuse.

3. Eligibility

You may use Clay Voice only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are 13–17 with parental or guardian consent.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Your Clay Voice Account

To access our services you must:

  • Create an account
  • Verify your email and phone number (if required)
  • Maintain accurate account information

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Virtual Phone Numbers

Clay Voice may provide virtual phone numbers from various countries.

Important points:

  • Numbers are leased, not owned.
  • Numbers may require monthly subscription fees.
  • Pricing varies by country and number type.
  • Numbers may expire if subscriptions are not renewed.

Regulatory authorities may occasionally require number reassignment or additional verification.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clay Voice services for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud, scams, or phishing
  • Illegal activities
  • Automated bulk messaging without authorization
  • Caller ID spoofing or impersonation
  • Harassment or abusive communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Messaging Compliance

Messaging services must comply with telecommunications regulations, including but not limited to A2P messaging requirements in the United States.

Users sending business or automated messages may be required to register campaigns or provide additional verification.

Clay Voice may monitor messaging patterns to prevent abuse or spam.

8. Payments and Charges

Some Clay Voice services require payment.

Charges may include:

  • Virtual number subscriptions
  • Voice call usage
  • SMS messaging fees
  • Additional services or features

All pricing will be available in the Clay Voice platform before purchase.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods.

All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Service Availability

Clay Voice aims to provide reliable services, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Service disruptions may occur due to:

  • Network provider issues
  • Maintenance or upgrades
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Regulatory requirements

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

10. Emergency Services

Clay Voice does not guarantee access to emergency services (such as 911 or local emergency numbers).

You should maintain a traditional mobile or landline service for emergency communications.

11. Privacy and Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information may be shared with:

  • telecommunications providers
  • fraud prevention services
  • regulatory authorities when required by law

Clay Voice does not sell your personal data.

12. Intellectual Property

All Clay Voice software, branding, technology, and services remain the property of Clay Advanced Technologies LLC.

You may not:

  • copy
  • reverse engineer
  • modify
  • distribute

any part of our services without written permission.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • you provide false information
  • we receive abuse complaints
  • required by law enforcement or regulators

We may also suspend services to protect network integrity or prevent abuse.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clay Voice shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits
  • business interruption
  • data loss
  • indirect or consequential damages

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

If changes significantly affect your rights, we will provide notice.

Continued use of Clay Voice after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
